Complaints handling

We do our utmost to provide our customers with the best possible service and strive for complete satisfaction. Despite our care, it's possible that something might not go entirely as planned. In that case, please inform us of your complaint first so we can work with you to find a suitable solution.

Filing a complaint

Complaints about the performance of the agreement must be submitted to us fully and clearly described within a reasonable period after you have discovered the defects. You can submit your complaint by sending an email to: csc@beamerstyling.nl

After receiving your complaint, you will receive a confirmation from us. We will process your complaint as quickly as possible and respond to your complaint within 14 days of receipt. If a complaint requires a longer processing time, you will receive an acknowledgement of receipt within this period, indicating when you can expect a substantive response.

Mediation via the WebwinkelKeur Foundation

If your complaint is not resolved, you can submit the dispute for mediation through the WebwinkelKeur Foundation , with which Beamerstyling.nl is affiliated. Mediation can be submitted through the WebwinkelKeur consumer knowledge base.

Dispute Committee

If mediation through the WebwinkelKeur Foundation does not lead to a solution, the dispute can be submitted to the independent dispute committee appointed by the WebwinkelKeur Foundation. The decision of this dispute committee is binding on both the consumer and the entrepreneur.

European Commission ODR platform

As of February 15, 2016, consumers within the European Union can also submit complaints via the European Commission's ODR (Online Dispute Resolution) platform . This platform can be found at:

If your complaint has not yet been dealt with elsewhere, you are free to submit it via the European Union ODR platform.
